Found a jewel

Have been to Scarlett’s a number of times over the last couple of years when in the Tampa area. It is in a industrial area east of Ybor. Been there mid-day, early evening, and even after midnight. Always have felt safe. Lots of free parking and well lit.

On this visit it was late afternoon on a Wednesday. Directly inside the door is a small counter where I have always found an attractive, personable young woman to take the now $15 cover charge. Pass through a curtain and you are in the main room. Bathrooms directly ahead on the back wall. Bar with stools and DJ booth are on the left wall. A large, rectangular, raised stage visually dominates the room.

The lighting is low but far from dark. The music level is pleasant. There are plenty of tables and chairs, plus some booths for lots of seating. When I entered there was no one one stage. I took a seat at the bar as there were only a few customers and dancers. I ordered a $7 coke. There is a one drink minimum at Scarlett’s . In Tampa, nude clubs do not serve liquor.
