My First Time at a South Florida Club

This is the first club in south Florida that I’ve ever been to. I’m used to clubs in Pennsylvania, so this obviously is a lot different of an atmosphere. I read a lot of reviews prior to going so I knew somewhat of what to expect.

I went on Saturday night around midnight in February so obviously it was pretty packed. The cover charge was $20 when I went. They had a local DJ performing this night and my main gripe about the place is that the music is obnoxiously loud. Like way too loud as if you’re at a rock concert and have to yell to the person next to you.

The set up at Scarlett’s is really good, they have multiple stages and bars and plenty of women dancing on stages at any given time. One thing I read in a lot of the reviews that I found to not be entirely true as of right now is that it has a diverse lineup of women. The night I went, it seemed to be mostly Latina women. Which is fine but based on what I read, people seemed to have said that Scarlett’s was one of the places in south Florida that has a nice variety. I can say that as of now (February 2025), that is not the case. Expect a mostly Cuban lineup.
