Deal broken at the last minute

I was in Tampa for business and wanted to kill some time in the long evening. Therefore, checked out the closest strip clubs and decided to give the PP a shot. Arrived at around 10pm and got pat down at the door. Paid $10 toll after entering. Was almost choked by the smoke when I sat by the bar, which is a rectangular shape in the center of the building. There are a main stage slightly above the ground level and a small overflow stage at one end of the bar. By the small stage there is a row of closet where the deals are handled between the PL and la chica.

Ordered a beer and estimated there were about 20 girls and slightly less patrons. A chubby white Latina immediately approached me and asked what my name was in English. Then she began to type on her phone using Google translate to ask if I wanted a dance. I borrowed her phone and typed back inquiring price. She quoted $180 for her and $20 to the house. We then discussed more in detail about the expectations, of course with the assistance of Google translate. Basically the cost covers "everything" (her word) and no time limit to ensure that I will be "finished". Since I just got there so that I wanted to relax a little more and check out other girls. While I was nursing my beer, she kept my accompany and chit chatted. She said all girls are from Cuba and not good at English. About half an hour later, she typed $130 to her on the phone and pointed to the closet area. I figured it might be a good price and obliged. She then took me to the entrance where I got in and asked me to give $20 to the tolling girl. I did and followed her to a tiny closet with a see through curtain. While I was preparing to unbuckle my belt, she typed on her phone to let me pay first. I laughed and shook my head insisting to pay after. In the meantime I showed my cash to her. She then typed that all the deals here have to pay first. I was really annoyed, told her NO and decided to cut the loss. Walked out the closet and called it a night.

A question to the patrons who frequent this club, is it true that you pay first before doing the business? Also, is $130 a good price? Gracias!
