ok went to Harpers as we needed a couple of hours on Friday night. This place is small and not much to look at. As mentioned before place is BYOB. Not much else except a soda cooler for soft drinks and water. Place got crowed later in the evening around 11- 12 open till 4am on Friday and Saturday.
