Between a rock and a hard place

Preamble:

A bit over a year ago (Feb 4, 2024 to be exact), I wrote an update review of this place praising it for getting better. July of last year, I noticed things beginning to go downhill. 2025, that trend continues.

I really want to like this place. It isn't Miami or Vegas, but there's quite a few positives for being just outside of the strip-club wasteland known as the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area.
