Made a Newbie Mistake

I was in Detroit for business, which concluded earlier than anticipated. I looked up what gentlemen’s clubs were open and it lead me to BTs. It was only about 1pm, so wasn’t confident anything would be open, but long and behold BTs was/is and they serve food.

The place is located in a middle eastern district of Dearborn I would say. Well lit area right off a main road. Parking was a bit odd, I didn’t know what to do at first. It seemed like it was valet parking but there wasn’t an attendant. So I just park in an adjacent parking spot across the street. I don’t know how much valet parking is here and therefore if it’s worth it. I imagine if you want the security of not having to worry about your vehicle being broke into, it would serve its purpose.

I walk in and get carded, doorman offers to hang my coat for $2, which I do. He asks me if I’m getting food or not, because if so you can sit at a VIP booth for free or something to that affect (I wasn’t paying attention, was looking at the talent). I respond yeah I could eat, and a girl sits me down and takes my drink order. Got a Corona and ordered a club sandwich, however you don’t pay as you go for food/drink, you just square up at the end like a normal restaurant. I had 3 beers and my food and it cost me with tip like $40.
