An Atypical Visit to Sapphire

After a disappointing Friday night at Palomino, I decided to go to Sapphire on Saturday night. It was a toss up between Sapphire and Spearmint Rhino, but porn star Alexis Monroe was making an appearance at Sapphire, so that tipped the scales.

I called for the free ride service and a limo arrived at my hotel in 20 minutes. He gave me card for free entry and I tipped him $20. After the ID check and wanding, I went to the host. He asked if I wanted a table, but I told him I was going to hang out at the bar for awhile.

The club has undergone some renovation. The main room is much smaller now. It is still big by most club standards, but just not as big as it used to be. The main stage is a small circular stage in the middle of the club. The place was pretty crowded, but there are so many dancers at Sapphire there is never a risk of not having an available dancer. The VIP dances are along the right side of the main area. There is no privacy like there is at Palomino. The VIP area is essentially a big room with a bunch of open booths. Thirty minutes is $300 to the dancer and $200 to the house for 4 drinks. If you want privacy, there are skyboxes upstairs. They are significantly more expensive.
