Chandler Area Option

I found myself in Chandler on a recent Wednesday afternoon so I decided to make a rare stop at Sonny’s. I arrived around 4:00pm. Huge parking lot, no trouble finding a spot to park. No cover charge, ID scan or pat down at that time of day.

It’s a decent looking club inside, one big stage in the middle of the room, chairs and tables around the stage, bar along the north side, several VIP areas spread around the club. Clean restroom with no restroom troll. I’m not sure if there is a kitchen, but they did have some free food on a table near the DJ booth (Jimmy John’s maybe?). I recall from some night visits in the past where they would sometimes have a food truck outside.

There were a handful of customers at the bar and a handful sitting around the stage area, I’d guess around 10-15 customers. A bottle of Miller Lite (RIP Bob Uecker) ran a very reasonable $4.
