Visited: Saturday Afternoon

Although I only live about 30 minutes away from Tens, this was my first visit. I have been an off and on regular at a few Providence Clubs usually depending on if I am attached to an ATF (Foxy, Caddy & Desire on occasion). The intel I had always heard said that Providence was worth the 90 minute drive every time and that my local Massachusetts clubs (Tens Kittens Golden Banana) were air dance places that would only frustrate you enough to get back in your car and head for Providence cursing yourself for not just heading there in the first place.

After visiting Tens I would say the answer lies somewhere in the middle these days. I went on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I had no plans for the Chiefs/Texans game so I thought why not. Parked across the street (free) and crossed in the crosswalk. Might not be ideal for a late night stumble back to your car but at this time of day it was no issue. Walked into a large foyer with a doorman. No metal detector but they did scan my ID and charge a $5 cover.

Went into the club and went to the mens room which is to your left after you come through the door and is quite spacious and nice (compared to like Foxy or Desire's bathrooms..think Caddy's but much nicer) the stage is immediately in front of you as you come into the club. It's one of the biggest stages I've seen in this area and has tons of seating around it with a few nooks and crannies (maybe like a shamrock shake...I mean shape) two very large and well appointed bars adorn the back walls of the club. Only one was in use. I took a seat away from the stage to get the lay of the land. Turns out on Saturday afternoon there is no waitress service. So you have to go up to the bar to get your drinks.
