Couple Review - Déjà Vu Lake Station
Northern Indiana - Club overview: Saturday night in January 2025. First trip to Lake Station and we went as a couple. Parking lot was easy to navigate, was pretty full when we pulled up, but found a spot easily. Arrived around 10:30pm, $10 per person cover (did not try to use the website coupon). ID check at the door with a scan. During this time we asked about the other club and the security guy said he could give us a stamp on our hands and we have to exit the building and walk around back to enter the other club. Bar next to the entrance. Domestic beer was $6 and a coke was $2, cash or card at the bar or through a server. We took a seat a few seats back from the stage, and a server came by pretty quickly. Restrooms were by the bar and they were clean. I believe they served food, we didn’t inquire and didn’t see anyone else eating. Overall the area is right off a highway, you pass though a little town and the club is right off the main road, seems safe and nice enough.
Dancers / Stage overview: The stage is raised in the center of the rectangular floor. Seating around the stage, with front row and plenty of open seating around the stage. There is a slight raise for more seating wrapping around the outside of the space. It was two or three steps up and the same seats/tables. The stage had two poles and one larger center beam. Very traditional and normal setup. For dancers, there was a two song rotation on the stage. Only spent an hour at the upstairs Deja Vu, but in that time saw at least 10 different performances and maybe 10 more dancers sitting around or circulating. The club says it’s topless, but many of the performers had pasties on. There were a couple of AfAm dancers of mixed body type, one spinner and another thick — but she clearly had a regular. Around 12 or so white dancers and most average build, one very thin and two very tattooed. Don’t recall seeing any Latina dancers upstairs at the time (but, several downstairs for sure). Overall I’d say most were solid 6 or 7s.
Dances: If we decide to go back I think we would opt for a dance at the upper level Deja Vu. During this trip we did not. The biggest reason was knowing there was an all nude club downstairs. The second reason we didn't opt for a dance at the ‘Vu’ is the dance area is completely viewable to the public. From where we were sitting (not on purpose) we could see a few lap dances in action. Now, the patrons faces or bodies are not visible, because they are seated, but you could see the dancers doing their thing. One easy thing to clock was there was no touching above the waste. The price for a topless dance was $15 (which is the same as downstairs, but better mileage).
