review for regular guys---english professors should avoid

i've been coming here for years...place has its good times and its lulls... the place used to be a lot of fun during the day but it hasnt been in years... there is usually only like 2 or 3 girls working and they dont even come out and dance or walk around the bar at all. I still keep trying but its getting rarer and rarer that i go during the day (which i would prefer).

Building is a big pink square easily accessible from passyunk ave on the edge of a strip mall. parking can get a little tight on busy nights but there is more room in the strip mall. i've never had a problem walking in but it is philly so keep your eyes open..You walk in and the desk is right there where you pay. there is no cover during the day (i think it starts at 7) and then its 5 bucks. bathrooms are to the left (decent enough) ,dj booth- straight ahead. music is mainly modern hip hop/rap etc not too loud :) ... there is a communal room with 3 or 4 couches for 20 bucks and 2 private rooms for 30 bucks. i believe there is vip upstairs but i never went or saw it.

I've seen the door man flip out on girls more than once (seemingly keeping them in line or something) but he has always been cool to me. so have the other employees. the bartenders are always female and have always been nice. i usually get a heineken and its 7 bucks (might be a buck or 2 less during happy hour). i got a vodka tonic here once and it was eight bucks (small glass but strong enough).
