Very budget friendly, in the morning

I got in and sat at a booth. Girl comes up to me and asks what I want. I just say tea is fine, so I pay $7 upfront. I think the tea is free, but if you don't order anything then you have to pay $7. A girl comes around and gives refills for tea. Everyone tips a few dollars for refills. There was one skinny Hispanic girl, 2 asians with one chubbier one, all wearing string bikinis. Sometimes the girls walk around and refill with their titties out. Customers at that time is mainly elderly vietnamese men. They were playing pop music like the Weeknd. I asked for a lap dance from one Asian, it was $15. The lap dance kind of blew though. It was half the song and she kind of just moved up and down facing away from me. The girls aren't really that aggressive to approach. Overall it was a meh experience, but was really cheap.
