Average experience around closing time- bar closes early

I went there with a couple of buddies around 1:40,

they did have valet, decided to just park since the lot was pretty empty at that time of the night, found some right in the front.

We each paid a $25 cover fee, heads up they won’t let you in if you’re wearing just a white r-shirt. They also told us we couldn’t hit the bar, which was weird since it wasn’t even 2am yet. The atmosphere was cool once we walked in, definitely one of the more unique looking strip coins I've seen (they got 2 big ass zebra sculpture close to the bar).
