Gone downhill with the new changes

So this has been my go to club when I visit Houston for work every quarter. It’s located in the galleria area with bunch of nice restaurants and hotels around. This visit, I pulled up into the big and free parking lot at around 10 pm on a Friday night. As I entered, I was asked for an I.D and a $15 cover charge. Place has been described multiple times but I’ll summarize once again. You enter into a big room with main stage to the right of the room, plenty of seating around and throughout the room. There is a bar to your left but I don’t use that bar as it is very close to the entrance and most of the girls are generally hanging at this bar while scrolling through their phones. Towards the back, there is another bar and another seating area which is fairly dark and isolated from the rest of the club. This is where the lap dances used to take place which in my opinion were extremely valuable as the area was dark enough for some extracurricular activities. That has now changed and the lap dances are now done in the main room at the seats near the stage so there is essentially no privacy. You can still go to the back area for a fee which I was told was about $100. I did not think it was worth it.

I generally go in on weekend nights just like this one but as soon as I entered, I noticed there were very few girls working this Friday night as compared to what I’ve seen in the past. There were about 15 or so girls and about 10 PLs. The girls were a mix of white, black and hispanic. I went to the bar and got a beer which costed me $10 with the tip. I decided to sit in the main room at one of the corner table facing the stage. Girls were dancing topless only on the dance and the stage dances weren’t anything to write home about. I had my eye on this tall blonde chick with a beautiful face. We made eye contact and she came right over to my table. We chatted a little bit and she asked me for a dance. I was excited and getting a good vibe from this girl. But then she told me about the new rules and that the lap dances are now done out in the open. Dances are $20 a pop.

Dances were mediocre at best. It was very awkward to get these dances out in the open so I decided to stop after 2 songs. Gave her $50 and she told me that the new rules sucks for them and that she is seeing less people showing up day by day.
