Solo trip. Sunday early evening around 7pm.

Location in an business / industrial area. Higher middle class homes nearby. Thug level pretty much none, safe area IMO.
Very large parking lot no fee to park.

Place seemed clean, furniture was in good shape, no weird smells.…
