Thursday night at Keepers

Went to Keepers after the bar around 11 PM on a Thursday night. Place is in a strip mall, long table served as a barrier to getting in where they checked ID and took $5 cover. A bunch of girls were sitting around in a booth near the front but to get a drink I had to walk farther in to the bartender who was set up at the end of a long bar which a girl was dancing on top of.

Got a beer, don't remember the exact price but nothing crazy no more than $10. I sat at the bar and girls came up to me to chat. Bought a couple cute and friendly ones a drink but didn't take any up on dances at first, instead just watching the dances, tipping occasionally and chatting. No real stunners but everyone was generally on the good looking side and mostly younger.

Finally one AA girl caught my eye enough and was the right kind of flirty to get me to spring for a dance. Paid I believe $5 to the bouncer guarding the back area (up some stairs around back of the bar towards the entrance) and then $25 for the dance. It was nothing memorable and I asked about extras the girl said she would have been interested in doing more if I hadn't asked her how much. Seems like something of a paradox to me but I kept it to one dance because of that.
