Is Frankie's Improving?

So I stopped by in the middle of a Thursday afternoon as I was in the area and had time. I was surprised to see the lot mostly full at 3 pm. You know how sometimes the lot is full but it seems there's no one inside a place? Well, this was NOT the case here. About half the seats were taken, and there was a dancer next to just about every monger!
