Pretty Boring & Disappointing Overall
Stopped by Centerfolds while visiting from out of town on a Friday night. $20 cover. The space is nice and has a classy appearance. There is a nice bar adjacent to the stage, but drinks are expensive ($15-20 for a mixed drink). DJ was playing really good music so the night started out with a good vibe. But that’s where the enjoyment ended.
There is a large stage with a staircase. There were 20+ girls working that evening, and most were pretty attractive (some 8s, some 6s and 7s), but most were not particularly approachable. Dances on stage were either topless and some were fully nude. There wasn't a constant tip parade which was appreciated, but it was a bit difficult to flag the girls down. I was eventually able to catch the attention of one attractive brunette and went for a private dance upstairs ($30 - not VIP). Very fit and attractive girl with B naturals. However, it was purely an air dance with absolutely zero contact. I think she even felt bad because she could tell I expected more, and said “you must be from out of town - sorry we can't do more here, wish we could”. She mentioned VIP which seemed like it would be at least $500 from what she referenced, but I called it after 1 dance, since it was clear things weren't going to improve. Perhaps VIP might have been a bit more intimate, but didn't want to take that risk based on the original lackluster performance. Stayed for less than an hour before heading out due to boredom.
I suppose this is par for the course in Boston. Have read that other clubs outside of Boston in other parts of Massachusetts are a little more liberal, as well as Rhode Island. Would be willing to give those a shot next time in town, but I think this will be my one and only visit to Centerfolds Boston.
