Couples Beware

Wife and I stopped by today around noon to grab some lunch and hopefully a dance or two. On Monday they have "Mexican Monday" which got us both a steak and fries for $6 a piece and $2 drafts. Being that it just opened there wasn't a lot of people or dancers which was to be expected. The place was clean and didn't smell, we have been here before a couple times and this isn't always the case. We left after about an hour and only took us about 20 minutes to eat. Unfortunately in this time not a single dance approached us to talk or offer a dance. We did ask one (don't remember her name but a very attractive brunette) but she said she doesn't dance for couples and informed us the other girls working probably wouldn't either. My wife and I have been visiting clubs for a few years now and we know the stigmatism around couples. We try to be understanding but we've never been told this to our face so rudely before. We decided to leave after that. To give the benefit of the doubt we havent run into this when we've visited before and have never come for lunch this early. I will say the bartender was great and friendly! I think her name was Bridgett. We will be back to rry again and give an updated review should it be a different experience.
