I made a couple visits to the Boardroom Cabaret since it was the closest strip club to where I was staying. If you see a shuttered restaurant on Pearl Street called Frank’s, the strip club is on the opposite side of the same building. I went at 23:00 on a Wednesday night, paying a $10 cover charge. I returned at 15:30 on a Friday afternoon, paying no cover charge. There is no cover charge if you arrive before 19:00. Upon entering, a rectangular island bar is on the right side of the room with some restaurant style booths on the wall beyond the bar. The left end of the room features the main stage. The stage begins on the second story, comes down a stairway of seven stairs, and then features a runway on the ground floor. There is a pole at the end of the runway and a pole on the right side of the upper level. Screens behind the upper stage play the music videos to the songs that are playing on the sound system. Music seemed to mostly be rock, pop, and R&B. I didn’t hear any hip hop or hardcore rap like at a lot of clubs nowadays.

Sincweisers were $8, served in sixteen ounce aluminum bottles. There was a simple food menu available with items like chicken sandwiches and appetizers. The ATM has a $300 maximum withdrawal and charges a $5 fee per transaction. Lottery tickets and keno seem to be popular at this club.

Boardroom Cabaret has a wide variety of dancers. All ethnicities seem to be represented, and dancer maturity seemed to be between early twenties and early forties. I graded out the line-up between 5 and 8.5 in looks. Boardroom Cabaret seems to be executing some face control; there were no dancers I would consider fat. Dancers did three song stage sets. The first song was on the upper stage, and the second and third song were on the lower stage. Most of the dancers got completely nude on stage by the last song. There wasn’t a ton of contact at the stage. It seemed like you just tossed dollars on the stage for the most part.
