Halloween Party and other updates

So first things first, if you're expecting a RonJax-esque review with incredibly descriptive details of the stories we all know, you're gonna be disappointed. I'm more of a "don't kiss and tell" kinda guy, but nevertheless I'll try to outline my experience in my second ever visit to HK on a recent Wednesday and Thursday as well as point out changes since the last time I was here about a year ago, and in doing so help prepare anyone on what to expect if they've never been or haven't been in a while.

ENTERING MEXICO

I flew into San Diego Wednesday afternoon. After killing some time in the city, I drove down and parked behind the Jack in the Box at PedEast. The price is $10 for every 8 hours on weekdays and a bit higher on Fridays/weekends; I was parked there from about 3pm Wed to noon Fri and paid $60. I walked down to the border building and it was near empty, I went straight up to the front of the Foreigners line, gave my passport to the agent and was waived through. So there's a lot of mention of the FMM form in reviews here, so I filled out and printed it before going to the border but this proved unnecessary as the agent didn't ask for it, she just printed one herself, stamped it, and tucked it into my passport and returned both to me. So I'm not sure what the deal is with it but it doesn't seem like anyone would need to get it done beforehand really.
