This was billed as Bogarts "HALLOWEEN PARTY" day. Typically, a big turnout of entertainers, nice crowd, good day to people watch. The clean, free, paved parking lot was about 1/3 full. $5 to enter. Gave my ticket to the waitress. Ordered my $8 beer.
