Is this actually a functioning strip...

Is this actually a functioning strip club? I dropped in at appx 7 PM on a Friday night in mid February, and there were literally no dancers working. The "DJ" or some other such personality was on a mike cracking lame jokes and nervously ensuring the crowd that "he had ladies (I assume meaning "strippers") on the way". There were actually 8 or 10 customers sitting at the bar, sipping their drinks, some chatting w/ the bartenders, and they didn't give off any particular sense of things being amiss. I ordered a drink, chugged it down, and left after about 10 minutes, seeing no reason to wait for these "ladies" to arrive, in an area so liberally stocked with enjoyable clubs.
