Mixed emotions at the rhino

I've reviewed this place before and the last time I was here it was not great. Vegas was just coming out of the pandemic and things were definitely not back to normal yet. The girls were not as hot, everything was more expensive and I wondered if it would ever be worth it to come back to the Rhino... This visit was much more successful. Things were definitely better but this place still has plenty of room for improvement.

This review covers two nights. One night I called ahead for the club transportation and the other night I took an Uber to the back door. They comped my entry both nights because I had called ahead. If you just take an uber they will charge you but if you call ahead and the club transportation isn't available and you are nice to the receptionist on the phone they should waive the obscene cover charge. I don't know what it is because I didn't pay it but I'm betting its at least 50 bucks. Anyways they wand you down and lead you in through the back door to a pack of money hungry leaches they summoned with their ear pieces. As always I ignore the door horde and try to find a barstool.

The layout has been covered a million times. The only barstools are at the back bar (if you enter through the front). There is another bar but it has no stools. I was able to grab a seat and order a Corona for an eye watering $17. I am aware that this is the price in other Vegas clubs and strip clubs but it still seems crazy to me. How am I supposed to get fucked up to the point where I'm willing to blow hundreds or thousands of dollars in the VIP if a very mild buzz will set me back over $100???

Enough of my complaining... Some of the reasons that I really liked this club have returned. Primarily the girls are hot again. I don't think they are peak Rhino hot again yet but maybe that's just my age-addled mind refusing to acknowledge my memories are shaded by rose colored glasses. But the girls on this visit were noticeably hotter than my last visit. There was a good mix of California blondes, cuban brunettes and a few asians as well. I ran into a dancer I knew from before the pandemic and got several lap dances from her. Dances were over on the couch/bench in the raised area, cost $20 per song and allowed touching. These were not the best dances I've ever had but they were solid and by comparison to the last time I'd been in they were fucking fantastic. Praise the fucking lord $20 dances!!! Last time I was in dances were $40 apiece and the girls were sticking to that number tight, complete bullshit.

I'm still trying to figure out if this is a good club. I'll say that it is good for Vegas. The girls are very hot and there are a lot of them and a solid variety. However, it is still obscenely expensive. Drinks are expensive, the VIP is expensive, the cover (if you pay it) is crazy. Like most of the rest of Vegas this place is set up to drain your wallet. I do think its worth a visit if you are in town but come with realistic expectations. There are hot girls that are worth talking to and worth spending your money on. But my advice would be to stick to the floor dances and have a few shots before you show up.
