Star is a star

Thursday night, I returned to the Playhouse, this time with a little more cash in hand than I had the last time (see my review about going on a budget). Pulled into the ostentatiously pink building and knew that it was going to be interesting as there were very few cars in the lot around 9 PM on a Thursday. Seemed strange.

I got inside and there were about 2 customers and 5 girls in the rectangular bar area - one girl dancing and a couple back toward the lap dance area. The bartender came over and took $10 from me for a cover/beverage and $10 to make change for singles.

They commented that it had been busy all week and it was strange that night - maybe because of football and the two baseball games people were not coming in? Who knows, none of the Philly teams were playing so that couldn’t have affected too much!
