Had my best visit to Gold...
Had my best visit to Gold Club yet. They have rearranged the layout of the main room, and that makes it feel a little more spacious, though it's still a small club. The dancers were a little more attractive, bouncers a little more laid back. I think that the bouncers know the girls, and the ones who are good at setting their own boundaries with customers get a little more leeway. Main disadvantage: it's hard to get multiple dances because they have to set a clock (three minutes?) after every set, so the dancer is constantly getting up and hitting the snooze alarm. Plus they need to keep someone in the main room informed that yes, the guy has another twenty bucks on him so we're doing another set. So my dancer kept sticking her head out of the couch dance room and shouting to the bar, which is on the opposite side of the club, "we're doing another song". Kind of kills the mood. And then the door of the men's room is right out side of the couch dance room, so while your dancer is trying to get the attention of the time keeper, meanwhile you're trying to, well, keep yourself in the mood, and a guy walks by and looks at you all by yourself. Yeah, this is still not an easy place to just hang out and have fun. Should be run better but I guess with their location they're somewhat in the public eye. You'd think that being at the end of a urine-smelling alley would keep unwanted attention away.
