Desire just after 6 on Monday

Disclaimer: I'm from Florida and I haven't spent much time in Rhode Island, so take anything I say with that in mind.

I know you can't judge a place by early evening on a Monday, but if you don't feel like reading, I give Desire a "Meh."

It's positioned between the obvious, industrial/rundown area on one side and downtown Providence on the other. It's spitting distance from downtown, so it's probably convenient if you're staying there.
