Downer not the same

Stopped into the Downer for the first time in a while on a Thursday afternoon. No cover fee for entering in the afternoon. Got a beer for $10 and then sat down hoping to see some talent. Club had around 10-15 ladies working. Most were hanging out in a corner together (maybe waiting for regulars to come in as they did not move much from there during my visit). Main stage was empty when I first got there, but dancers started to fill the stage a little while later. Girls on stage go topless after first song and full nude by 3rd song. I was approached by several different ladies while there. I will say this, disappointed with the ladies that were available. I was approached by one heavy set blonde for a dance - I told here I was ready (really it was I was just not interested at all). A little while later I was approached by another heavy blonde and again I declined - the standard for the dancers at this club have really declined over the years. I was finally approached by a tall brunette, I think her name was Sam or Sky (really can't recall). She was eastern European, a little older (she told me she was in her early 40's) and promised a good time. I took her up on the offer for a private dance - they are $25 a song. We talked in the back until the next song began - she told me not to be shy and invited touching. I had a few dances from her - she was full nude by the 2nd song and gave a good grind. Contact at this club has always been good. After the 2nd song i left the private area hoping to find a few hotter dancers. Unfortunately I had no luck, after watching a few more ladies on stage, I left disappointed. I know that this was an afternoon visit, but in the past, there was always a good selection at this club whether there in the evening or at night. Club may be going downhill.
