Sunday night... solid meh

I probably had higher expectations here and/or I just haven't been to clubs in a long time.

I arrived around 7:15 pm on Sunday (missing the free entrance before 7) and stayed until 9-ish.

The club is a little hard to define. It tries to be somewhat fancy, but is pretty much a neighborhood bar. It's smaller than I expected. The lighting could have been more dim. Music is mostly hip hop, some rock/metal. The patrons were average guys, no thugs but no suits either, mix of young and old, two or three female patrons. Quite a few football jerseys. They check for weapons at the entrance, but it felt pretty safe. There is one big stage, and two smaller ones. Next to each stage is a bar, and on the longer bar (next to the big stage, and farthest from the entrance) there's a catwalk with a dancer as well. The place was half-full, most people were sitting at a table, or at the bars facing the stages, occasionally some guys were making it rain, almost no one was sitting (and tipping regularly) at the stages.
