Been a few times always during day and experience is pretty much the same:

No cover charge during daytime and plenty of safe parking. Bartender service is hit or miss but tends to be a little quicker over at the show bar stage. Beers are your average strip club price of $7-8.

Variety of ethnicities and most are in the 6-8 range. A few pushy cuban types but for most part girls are very friendly and chatty with you before asking for a dance. $10 and depending on girl there might be a little bit of light grinding or grazing of ass on lap, but touching is fairly off limits on the floor.
