Average Club for the block. I am not sure why the name says Bar and restaurant" as I would not eat in this place or anywhere on baltimore street. 4-5 girls were working on the Saturday night I went around 6:30. Girls stopped by and wanted a dance but were not too pushy. The talent ranged from 5-7 on my scale.
