Lap Dance Scam

I got to the club at about 12:30am on Saturday night. Since the neighboring restaurants were closed, it was easy to park on the side of the building. They were charging a $20 cover and the doorman patted me down before letting me in.

They have a long rectangular bar with a small stage in the middle. The stage has 2 poles. Almost every seat was taken, but I did find one open chair. Two sides of the bar are bordered by railings and 2 sides by walls. It was a little tight getting around, but passable. The crowd was decent, some white, some black, some Hispanic. No one really seemed to be acting out of line.

A domestic bottle of beer cost $6. Dollar train was not bad at all; I spent about $20 over an hour (most of it on the girl I’d eventually get a lap dance with). Sometimes there were 2 girls on stage, sometimes one, sometimes none.
