Nothing special on this particular night

Went Thursday night to watch the Phillies game. Plenty of tv's, so any seat had an angle to view while still watching the stage. Got their a little after 8pm, so there was a $5 cover. Drinks are decently priced ($7 for my mixed drink), so stopping by here to watch the game (and some lovely ladies when they are losing) isn't too bad of a deal.

Only an ok lineup on this night. Most I have seen dancing there before, but this definitely wasn't one of their better lineups. I've certainly been there on better Thursday nights. Maybe because it's late in the summer and shifts are harder to fill right now. Had a couple of thoughts of a dance, but never pulled the trigger. There was one new girl there (claimed it was her first night? maybe, I've never seen her before) who was flirty and a fun conversation, and we had a drink together. I was gonna pull the trigger on dances with her, but she got caught up in convo with someone else when starting her rounds after a dance, and never got back around to me before I left.

All in all, a "meh" night, but that's ok, I was looking for chill anyway.
