Strip clubs are about people making money - there's no question about that. It's more obvious in some places than others. Show 'n Tel is theoretically a pretty good club. There are plenty of OK to good-looking girls with little to nothing on wandering around the joint. The stage shows are maybe a little too gynecological for my taste, but that's what plenty of guys are looking for, so that's not really a complaint. What really is a problem is the degree of blatant cynicism, both on the part of the dancers - triple dipping for onesies at the bar, relentless hard selling the laps, etc..., and on the part of management - who set the high prices and seem to condone the dancers' attitude. It doesn't suck, but ultimately it just kind of leaves you feeling a little depressed.
