Significant population fluctuations

After a couple of visits over the past weeks, things are on the whole slow compared to a few years ago, but wildly varying in terms of how many customers and dancers are working. I went in late on a Sunday, and there were four dancers listed as on shift, but none of the floor, one at the bar, and half a dozen customers nursing drinks. [This never happened as recently as a few years ago, on any shift, but (depending on whom you ask), it's slow at the end of the summer, or potential customers are running out of disposable income.]

Then, a few hours later, things picked up and there were more than a dozen dancers and customers. So it's very hard to gauge how the club is doing at any given time without showing up.
