The Show Palace is the “No” Palace
Perhaps a Wednesday afternoon is not the best time to go.
Pulled up parking lot empty. Thought maybe they were closed. Lady (The Manager) was mopping the floor of the entrance when I entered. Another lady behind the cash register. They wanted a $20 cover and $12 dollars for a wrist band if I wanted private dances. I thought $32, I will pass. I started to leave and the lady with the mop said I could go in for $10 and then tried to sell me a wrist band again. I paid the $10 and when I declined the wristband she told me that once I entered the club the wrist band would be $20.
The club looks much larger than it is. The whole wall on the left is one giant mirror making the club look twice as big as it actually is. There is a stage to the right. No dancers were dancing and I was the only customer in the club.
