Chill Night at Lace

I was coming home from the Willowbrook Mall a few weeks ago and decided to stop in for a drink. I spent many hours here in my younger days and was curious what it was like now.

Lace is located off of Rt 46, behind the DMV. I always thought this was an odd spot for a strip club. There is plenty of parking in the lot and it felt pretty safe and well lit. No cover on this night, at around 8:30, the bouncer just waived me in. Unfortunately, I no longer get carded.

I forgot how large the club is. To the left there is a large bar with a stage behind it. There are two poles on the stage. On the right hand side of the club is another bar, but it was not being used on this night. In the front of the room is a large center stage. There are also a couple of smaller stages mixed in. On the left side of the room is a partitioned area that has private VIP booths. Cushioned chairs are scattered around the main floor, some with small tables. There is an area roped off on the side with couches, I think you have to pay extra to sit in that area. Nobody was there on this night.
