Day Shift Blues

Had a chance to check out Rick's in Minneapolis, on a tight schedule. Since I would have to leave early, I already knew I would not have access to the A team of dancers. But others have reported having a good time during the day, so I hoped that being a Friday, there may be some early energy due to people getting off work. That did not turn out to be the case.

Still no valet parking available. Kind of pain to park on the street. I came ready with quarters this time, so was able to keep my locale off my credit card statement.

No cover charge this time of day. I seemed to recognize the guy at the door who was doubling as the cashier as a long time employee. He looked at my ID and let me in. I tipped him 5.
