Return to the Den

I had been at Delilah’s Den in Tom’s River about a month ago after attending a nearby MiLB game and had a forgettable experience. The game was good but the club was not. This week I went to the Den before going to the game and had the opposite experience. Good visit, not so good game.

I fully described the place in my last review so I will not repeat myself here. Simply put, the place is not impressive. In the month since my last visit the club removed most of the chairs which sat back a bit from the stage so that now you almost have to sit right at the stage or at a couple of uncomfortable high tops which are about ten feet back from the stage. Unless I’m greatly attracted to a dancer I don’t like to sit at the stage because of unspoken pressure for constant tipping. I’ll tip and tip well, but don’t expect me to tip constantly.

As always upon entry you will be asked for $25 which gets you a bottle of water.
