After a crazy first night at Spearmint, I visited the complete opposite end of the spectrum. A hole in the wall. What I found instead was something more of a time capsule…

Early afternoon. No cover. You can really tell this building used to be a restaurant. It’s like they kept the existing bar, threw up a cheap stage, and now all of a sudden PLs are good to get grinded on in the same vinyl horseshoe booths where happy families once enjoyed sizzling fajitas. Sure, man. Why the fuck not?

Took a seat with my $6 bottled Miller Lite. (Beats $15 at Rhino!) A 30’s BBL Cuban was on stage. Strangely high concentration of tramp stamps at this club.
