Meh club saved by cheaper dance specials

I've been to this club a few times in the past but the value was never good enough to make it worth the visit. Recently though they've started doing Sunday night specials which allow for a decent if still tame night.

First off the club itself is small, a tiny entrance room to pay cover ($12) and scan your ID. After entering the main area there is a bar on the right ($5 beers), a pool table and some tables to drink at, and at the end of the room a stage for pole dances. The place was clean and serviceable enough, though the music varied wildly in genre but wasn't too loud so it was never that distracting. There were around 5-10 other customers and with close to 10 girls it didn't ever feel crowded. The club also had two side areas, one filled with a row of couches and not much privacy, and the other a set of small rooms each with a curtain and some actual privacy, excepting the camera in each room.

The girls themselves were mostly on the attractive side, most in their 20's with 2 being clear standouts and the rest at least average. One girl would be dancing on stage most of the time and the rest were either sitting on the side or interacting with customers, all pretty friendly. As far as lap dances go this is the real issue with the club most of the time, it's $25 a song for air dances on the couches with no touching and other guys sitting next to you. Alternatively you can upgrade to the VIP rooms for $185/$305 for 15/30 minutes, where it's up to the girl what she does and doesn't allow, so full contact with at least some nudity is standard. I've even heard that sometimes extras could be had in there before cameras were installed but never confirmed this. During the day and all day Sunday though they run a special of $30 per song in VIP which in my opinion brings the prices back in line with what I'd expect.
