Pure Gold? More like Fool’s Gold!

The club is right down the street from the Four Seasons Mall in a well traveled area of Greensboro. It’s directly adjacent to Centerfolds, which appears to be closed, but the lights and signs are still on (presumably because they’re visible from Gate City Blvd and Pure Gold is not). I arrived a little after 2am, just looking for some good sights before hitting the hay. Parking was easily accessible. Walked up to the door and was wanded by an armed security guard before going into the antechamber to pay the cover ($30, I think because they’re the only club open after 2am in the area). After paying, and getting a wristband, I was let into the main area. First impression when I walked in was this place was laid out exactly like Pure Gold in Cary, NC was. This should have been my first red flag to leave and just go home, but the women were looking very nice that I saw, so I thought I would hang out for a little bit.

Speaking of the women, I saw at least a dozen, probably more, walking around with one on the main stage and another on a satellite stage. I would say most were above a 7 with almost any body type you could ask for. The eye candy was nice and then a very curvy (but all man made) beauty named Kim came and sat down with me. She had fake boobs, fake BBL, and lip filler, but she was able to pull it off (it wasn’t too over the top), and I enjoyed looking at her. She was fairly pleasant and conversational at first, but she very quickly got down to trying to convince me to get a VIP room with her. Here’s where I remembered why I shouldn’t have stayed. Let me talk about prices and then I’ll get back to the dance I got from Kim.

Since it was after 2am and they can’t sell alcohol because of local laws, I don’t have prices on drinks here. Normally, I would know how much a soda costs, but I wasn’t there long enough to get roped into one from a waitress. Sorry if that kind of stuff is important to you. Now, Kim, started by pushing the hot tub room telling me it would be a great way to “start” the night for the low price of $1000 for an hour. She did say you could go as low as a half hour for $600, but “you just can’t enjoy yourself enough in there for that short.” She was really good at using all the tried and true sales techniques. I asked what the cheapest dance option was there and she said they were these very boring areas with just a beaded curtain and they are $150 for 15 minutes. She seemed very certain I would get a hot tub room with her, so her attitude changed when I said let’s go do the beaded curtain room for 15 minutes. I should have changed my mind about going back there with her based on the attitude change, but I got a little lost in watching her ass as she walked in front of me. While in the middle of my dance, they announced this promo they do every hour where you can get 2 songs for $60 (evidently the only time you can get by the song dances). Back to the lap dance. I guess I should have asked more questions about what would happen in this room, but after listening to her explain that the hot tub room would get me a make out session with her while she was wet and naked, I figured I was at least in for a little fun. So wrong!!! She wouldn’t let me touch her except the occasional slap on the ass and she never removed her top or the skirt she was wearing over her g string. Her effort was less than lackluster; I’ve gotten better action stageside tipping a dollar!!!
