3pm. First time to visit Ruby II in a year or two. It is a relatively busy street and while they have a parking lot across the street that says an attendant is there, I do not always see the attendant so I park on the street right in front of the club.

The bar tender is an elderly women. You will always have to have a drink. Service is pretty good. It is byob but it looks like they serve alcohol also.
