Quick pit stop @ Band-Aids. I hadn't been there in months for various reasons not needing to explain here.

Arrived around 4:30, no cover. I never get patted down or ID'd, but I always put a buck in the tip jar for the bouncer (there's a correlation, people!). Layout out hasn't changed, the bar is directly to your left in the front room, and the main stage and VIP area in the back room.

Now, BA has never been confused with, say, a Spearmint Rhino, but I was bit saddened by the sheer level of overweight dancers here this day. Not just thick, but overweight. There's usually at least a few diamonds in the rough here. Probably the best looking Latina in the club walked up to me, we went to sit down in the stage area seats, where she played with me for a couple of songs before heading to VIP. 4 ($20 VIP) songs in, and a with lot of effort on her part, and I left happier than when I arrived. Gave her a nice tip, and headed out.
