Background:

Brookhaven has renewed the Pink Pony lease for 2024 and is still on a year to year basis.

As mentioned previously, this will probably end when the developers decide to start construction in the area. Years ago during their fight with Brookhaven, The Pony removed the one-way mirror glass from most of their VIP rooms, and continues to monitor the floor activities of their dancers.

The Pony has many flat screen TVs in the club, some of which obstruct the large glassless windows into VIP from the floor. This is a good thing.

Most of the weekly daytime customers are either loyal PLs that have been frequenting the club since its heyday, or word of mouth newbies.
