Only club for >20 miles around

I hadn't been to Blackjack's in years. Had generally written it off as a club that someone goes to that has no idea how much better clubs can be.

This visit didn't dramatically change my viewpoint however I had been reading some recent positive reviews so decided to check it out. I arrived around 5-6 pm and they charged me $10 to walk. The door guy asked if I wanted to something to drink and charged me $5 for a bottle of water. I saw another customer drinking an NA beer and wished I had opted for that instead. Clean men's room - maybe three urinals and two stalls.

My recollection was that the place was totally different the last time I was there. I wonder if they had a major renovation in the past 10 years? I think the entire orientation of the club was different on my last visit.
