Checked out X-otic Tan but didn't stick around

Visiting Portland for the weekend, and I'd already made up my mind to check out as many strip clubs/bikini coffee bars/lingerie studios as I could manage to fit in my schedule. This website was very helpful in planning out my time efficiently, trying to make it to as many well-reviewed locations as I could. I'd noticed that my daily route would take me right past X-otic Tan, but because it had no reviews, I wasn't really sure if it would be worth a stop, or even if it would be open, but I figured if I was in the area, I would stop in and do a little research. So when I found myself walking past, I popped up to the door and rang the bell, just to see what I could learn.

The door was promptly opened by an older South Asian lady - possibly Thai or Filipina, not sure - not really my type, but she was friendly and welcoming, and invited me in to the lobby and let me peek into one of the empty rooms. I told her I had never been to a lingerie modeling studio and was just curious about what exactly she did there. She was quite direct - the base cost was $200, and we would both get naked, she'd dance, and I could finish on her breasts. For $360, we could do absolutely everything. While the offer was tempting, I had just had a very lovely experience at a nearby strip club and wasn't quite ready for another, so I declined. She asked if I wanted to meet the other girl working, and again, I declined, and headed home.

The studio itself seems well cared for, the dancer I spoke with was very direct and friendly, and the prices seemed quite reasonable - but unfortunately, I didn't take the final step to be able to verify exactly how good this place actually is. I figured the information in this review would still be helpful for anyone else who happens to be walking by and wonders if this place is worth stopping for.
