Return Visit
There aren’t many options available in this area on a weekday afternoon outside of downtown Baltimore, and that’s not at all my scene. I had been to Millstream once before and did review but ended up talking to a local-regular the entirety of the visit and didn’t get much of a chance to experience anything else.
The club is located right where 695 and 795 intersect just west of Baltimore. It’s set back in a residential area and the alleys to get to the “main” road the club is on are tight. The club has a nice, safe, parking lot and the outside of the building looks more like a modern SOI-type lodge.
During the afternoon there was no security inside the door. Just walked in and bar is directly in front of you. Bathrooms are along the wall to the right. The stage is an elevated cage to the left of the bar. There is a stage behind the cage that maybe gets used on the weekend, but not sure. During the day it was one girl at a time using the cage bars to dance. Two songs, long and full length songs, per dancer. First song was clothed and second song was topless. Others mentioned pasties and either my eyes are bad or I didn’t see any. They do tip walk after being on stage.
When I arrived there were 7ish other patrons, seemed like mostly regulars, at the bar. I overheard a gentlemen at the bar next to me ask a girl for a private dance but she was tied up with her regular for the entirety of her shift and declined his request. He left shortly thereafter, abandoning half his drink. Must be quite the bankroll to monopolize an entire shift.
I wasn’t bothered right away, which was nice. I was able to see most of the girls on stage before I was approached. I liked what I saw so I offered her a drink - two mid-tier drinks came out to around $26-28. Not exactly sure because I paid with three twenties to also get some $1s.
It was quite a long and effortless conversation before she asked if I wanted a private dance. I did go to the bathroom and jotted the prices down on my phone (last time I didn’t get them correct). It was 1 song $40; 10 min $60; 20 min $100; 30min cabana $175. Other reviewers are correct - there’s damn near a full book of rules and regulations posted in the bathroom, too. I basically ignored it, but did notice the “there is no obligation to tip the amount of the dance” at the bottom of the price sheet.
The dancer I was with pushed hard for the cabana, but I held fast for what I thought was the best value of 20 minutes. You pay the bartender before the dance. The song, 10 minute, and 20 minute dances seem to be held in a communal room with three cubicles. It was very slow so we were the only two in there the entire time. Also, no music is piped into the room so it was damn near silent which was awkward, but we laughed about it. There is a camera that’s quite obvious in the middle of the room. The dance was good, topless, with a few peeks below. But a very, very intense grind but I can’t do much with that, personally. Others on this board would have been quite happy.
She did suggest a tip that matched the house fee and given the long amount of time spent at the bar and a better than average dance, I obliged.
I’d be curious if boundaries are pushed in the cabana - and if so, I left on good terms with her and might make a return trip to see what happens. Any insights would be appreciated.
Overall, day options are limited. DC has Good Guys which is nice for a stage show, but that dance would have been like $500 there. So, relative to location, the value here is much better. Would return, but have reasonable expectations and you likely won’t be disappointed.
