sinclair's Review
I went to Crossroads Showgirls at 19:00 on a Saturday night. There was a $10 cover charge at the door. Dancers do not get on stage until 19:30. Beers were $7 in twelve ounce cans. Sodas were $5 in twelve ounce cans. There wasn't exactly a fully-stocked bar. The shelf behind the bar only had twenty-two different types of liquor. Cocktails were $7. The ATM has a maximum withdrawal of $200 per transaction. The ATM has a $10 fee per transaction. The bar is on the left side of the room. There are eleven stools. There is a large peninsula stage coming off the right wall. The stage has three pole positions. There is a pool table in the front left corner near the washrooms. The DJ booth is to the right of the door along the front wall. The rest of the club is filled with tables and chairs like a bingo hall. The music was an eclectic variety of everything from hip hop to goth rock to classic rock.
There were six dancers working on Saturday night. There weren’t any dimes, but there were enough solid 7’s to make the visit worthwhile. Dancers seemed to be mostly Caucasian. Dancers stripped down to topless during their stage sets. Dancers made more on stage tips than private dances here.
