Decent Weekday Outing
Strolled in on a Wednesday around 6pm. The parking lot had plenty of spots open but unfortunately there’s not much shade so your car will heat up in the summer. There’s automatic sliding doors at the entrance and nobody was working the counter so I just walked into the club and was greeted by a girl. They didn’t charge me a cover and let me pick anywhere I wanted (no reserved table nonsense).
The club is very dark with red lights all over so it took my eyes a bit to adjust from the bright sunlight outside. There were only about 3 - 4 guys sitting at tables so I had my pick of a good vantage point. I generally like to sit by the far left stage with a view of the TVs in case I get bored waiting around. I took my seat and the waitress came by within a minute to get my order. I got a bottled Ultra for $7 + tip.
The center stage was the only one with dancers so it felt like a long time waiting for new faces to show up. At one point the DJ kept taking 2 - 3 song intermissions. I think there must have been only less than 10 dancers at the time but included white, black, Asian, and Latinas. According to a dancer I was chatting with, it’s because the night shift girls were heading in to replace the day shift. To be honest, that was pretty annoying since it felt awkward just waiting around without much to do. There was a dancer that was sitting behind me on the phone talking in Spanish. And a few other girls were just standing around in the back not putting much effort to approach any of us. I’ve been here on weekends (Fri/Sat) and I have to say that I prefer the larger variety and minimal downtime of girls dancing. It makes it easier to assess who I want to spend my money on. I don’t really like it when I haven’t seen the girl move at all before she asks for a dance.
